Erin McCarley was in the Music Business Radio studios today. Erin is a songwriter and artist signed to Universal Republic and her latest album is My Stadium Electric.
We talked about how she got started in the music business, how she raised $25,000 in just three days (before Kickstarter) to fund her debut album, getting a record deal, playing David Letterman, working with A&R guys to create a great album, her songwriting process, how she got her music as the iTunes Single of the Week, and more. Erin also played live in our studio.

I love your show of notes as well David san! So, CD baby doesn't do any more podcasts, and my fav bar none music business radio seemed to have shut down as well. Am I to get an early Xmas present with more MBR shows? You are by far the best show out there! I'm tired of checking iTunes every week. You are TOO good! Looking forward to it! FINALLY! Thank you.
