Justin Townes Earle talks about his new album, Nothing's Gonna Change the Way You Feel About Me Now.
In this episode, Justin plays three songs in the studio and talks about growing up as the son of Steve Earle, his battles with substance abuse, how Nashville is changing, life and business in New York City, finding your voice as an artist, the pros and cons of having a band, selling merch that lasts more than six months, his songwriting process, his unique guitar playing style, why the new album was recorded in Asheville, NC, and more.
For those not on the podcast...

Loved the show and Justin was really good. The way he spoke and some of his stories were interesting. In many ways he reminded me of a Texas boy who made it out here on the West coast in the Sixty's. His name was Chet (Chester Helms) he and his brother, John Helms created "The Family Dog Productions" on the great highway in San Francisco. Well, Justin laughs the way Chet use to laugh and seems to have a similar approach to life's journey.
What I'd like to know is how do I upload or send you an MP3 file. I'm just an Old Singer/Writer Looking to submit!
