Jeff Walker runs the publicity, marketing, and promotion company, AristoMedia.
Growing
up in Australia, Jeff witnessed how labels "broke" acts such as The
Beatles through the use of film clips and video images.
In
1984, many independent and major labels working with developmental
artists were beginning to shoot similar "film clips" to help garner
exposure in the country genre, he saw a need for video promotion in the
country format.
And that style of promotion is just one of the many things ArtistoMedia does today.
We talked about multiple media marketing formats for the music industry, including print, radio, television, and online options.
Check out video from Jeff's visit.
